U2 – Greatest Show on Earth World Tour: Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions

1. This store, https://shopeu.u2.com/ (the “Store”), is operated by BSI Merch GmbH (“BSI”, “we”, “us”), registered at Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under HRB 232304B, with its registered office at Gottlieb-Dunkel-Str. 20/21, Haus 1, Bereich Blau, 12099 Berlin, Germany, on behalf of the artist and their record label.

   
   

2. To access the exclusive pre-sale window for tickets to the Greatest Show on Earth World Tour (the “Tour”), pre-order Carnaval de Luz in any format from the Store, or submit your email address via the online form at https://bsi-merch-rgrtbz.myklpages.com/l/VDqiaZ, by 12:00pm GMT (1:00pm CET) on Friday 30th October 2026. If you have already ordered Carnaval de Luz from the Store, you will receive a pre-sale code automatically.

   We will not accept any pre-sale code submissions from the online form or the Store that are: automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible; altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete.

   No purchase necessary. One pre-sale code per person.

   
   

3. The pre-sale code will give you access to buy Tour tickets in accordance with these terms. Your pre-sale code is only valid for the pre-sale window set out in these terms and does not apply to any other dates that may be announced. By redeeming or attempting to redeem your pre-sale code, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

   
   

4. You will receive your unique pre-sale code by email from 10:00am GMT (11:00am CET) on Tuesday 3rd November 2026, together with a link to the ticket provider’s website where you can redeem the code to purchase tickets once the pre-sale window opens. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you have provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where it is flagged as spam.

   Accessible tickets will be available to purchase from the ticket provider or the applicable venues. For any accessibility queries, please contact the ticket provider or venue directly. For any issues with pre-sale codes, please contact U2-presale@bsimerch.com.

   
   

5. Tour dates available in the pre-sale are limited to the following dates and venues in the UK and EU only:

   • Saturday 5th June 2027 – Johan Cruijff Arena, Amsterdam, Netherlands
   • Sunday 6th June 2027 – Johan Cruijff Arena, Amsterdam, Netherlands
   • Friday 18th June 2027 – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, UK
   • Saturday 19th June 2027 – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, UK
   • Wednesday 30th June 2027 – Olympiastadion, Berlin, Germany
   • Monday 5th July 2027 – San Siro Stadium, Milan, Italy

6. The pre-sale window will open at approximately 10:00am local time on Wednesday 4th November 2026. Tickets will go on general sale from 10:00am local time on Friday 6th November 2026. Each pre-sale code can be used once only and is personal to you; it cannot be used by or transferred to anyone else. A maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per code.

   
   

7. The pre-sale code gives you access to the pre-sale only and does not guarantee that you will be able to buy tickets. Ticket availability is limited and subject to the inventory available at the time. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

   
   

8. Ticket purchases are subject to the ticket provider’s terms and conditions at the time of purchase. Tour dates may be subject to venue-specific rules, including age restrictions; please check with the ticket provider or venue for details. BSI is not the ticket provider and is not responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets bought from third-party ticket providers. For any issues with buying tickets, please contact the relevant ticket provider.

   
   

9. Pre-sale codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, are non-transferable, are case-sensitive and can be used once only.

   
   

10. Any personal data you provide when ordering from the Store will be used in accordance with the BSI Privacy Policy: https://www.bsimerch.com/privacy-eu/. Personal data submitted through the registration form is handled under the privacy policy shown on that form.

    
    

11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident.
